Using rock climbing to empower our youth and our community.
Climb and Conquer Society Canada
In 2011, rock climbers and volunteers from the not-for-profit Vancouver Rock Climbing Group Society founded Climb and Conquer Society Canada as the first-of-its-kind pilot project and a registered charity (85092 7237 RR0001) servicing youth age 5-18 from low income or disadvantaged backgrounds in Squamish and Vancouver, BC. 100% of our programs are $0 to youth and families, paid by community donations. Our goal is to train youth to be active leaders to create their own successful communities.
Our past programs include one on one mentorship, youth group, rock climbing day trips in Squamish BC, rock climbing overnight summer camps, youth employment program, and community fundraisers.
We currently run 1 program:
Financial Subsidy for youth (age 5-18). We subsidize passes, memberships, youth programs, camps, etc. to make sure families can access CNC programs despite financial or other disadvantaged barriers.
How to sign up?
We accept direct applications from youth, parents and staff.
